Privacy Policy

RWA Inc (“RWA Inc”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit rwa.inc or use our services, how we use it, the cookies we set, and the rights you have under applicable privacy laws including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Note: This is a working draft. The final text should be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before being considered authoritative.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly — such as your wallet address when you connect to our platform, email address if you sign up for updates, or any messages you send us via contact forms.
• Information collected automatically — pages you visit, time spent on the site, referrer URL, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and similar technical data via cookies and analytics tools.
• On-chain activity — transactions you sign through our interface are recorded on public blockchains (Base and others) and are not controlled by us. Public blockchain data is, by definition, public.

2. How we use it

• Operate and improve the rwa.inc website and platform.
• Measure aggregate site traffic and feature usage through privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization, fired only after you grant consent).
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. wallet session cookies set by Reown / WalletConnect). These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*). These are only set if you choose “Accept all” on our cookie banner.

We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing the rwa_cookie_consent cookie in your browser and reloading the page.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only with the following third parties, and only for the purposes described above:

• Google LLC — for analytics, under Google Consent Mode v2.
• Reown / WalletConnect — to facilitate wallet connections.
• Infrastructure providers — including Google Cloud Platform (hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS / CDN).
• Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers

Our servers are located in the Asia-Pacific region. If you are in the EU or UK, your data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses and similar safeguards approved by the relevant authorities.

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default) and then aggregated. Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to respond and resolve your inquiry, then deleted. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• For California residents: opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA (we do not sell or share, but the right exists).

8. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top whenever changes are made. Material changes will be communicated more prominently.
